At Monadnock, we realize that nurses need to learn and improve their skills daily. Our nurses at Monadnock Community Hospital have ongoing learning with an integrated clinical education program that includes the Laerdal SimMan mannequin in our Sim Lab. The Laerdal SimMan offers nurse educators the ability to provide realistic and challenging scenario based simulation to test critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills. With realistic anatomy, accurate clinical functionality and PC-software driven operation with integrated video debriefing, SimMan provides numerous educational opportunities for healthcare professionals.
